Do these 5 things everyday to stay sharp and energized!

How do I stay sharp and energized on a daily basis you asked?
Here are 5 things I do everyday :
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ1- Eat Real food: colorful plants and superfoods that are gifts to your body, remember you are what you ingest.
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ2- Get rid of excess sugar, high fructose corn syrup, preservatives and… : Eliminate, eliminate and eliminate, they’re basically poison for your brain, as simple as that.
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ3- Move your body: at least 20 -30 min per day, move your body in a way that feels good to you but also makes you sweat so you can release toxins, boost your energy, uplift your mood and improve your overall health.
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ4- Relax: Stress is the source of all disease, so learn to actively calm your mind. Meditate, walk in nature, hike or… Whatever works for you, do that, but do it!
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ5- Connect with someone you love: Love truly is the answer, so make time to connect and nourish your relationships.
