1- Create a morning routine
My morning routine takes just under two hours. I can’t stress enough the importance of a great morning routine, it will set you up for a successful energetic day and life.
I experimented with a few different things and figured out what worked for me. You should do the same and soon you’ll know what works for you, and you’ll enjoy starting your day that way.

2- Eat real, high quality, fresh food
Purchasing and eating freshly-grown fruits and vegetables is the best way to ensure no preservatives, chemicals, or dyes have been added to your food.
It keeps your body running on clean sources for energy and naturally you’ll feel more vibrant and energetic.

3- Take one day a week just for you
A day off from work gives you an opportunity to simply enjoy a temporary respite from stress and constant obligation. It can give you time to meditate, walk the dog, start a new exercise routine, cook a nutritious meal, read your book, take a walk in nature and…
Do this and your energy level will skyrocket in no time!

4- Move your body at least for 20 min everyday
This goes without saying that physical activity is a MUST for a healthy body and mind. Anything that will make you sweat for 20 min, from fast walking to dancing to strength training, make sure you get at least 20 min a day into your schedule and you will see how your energy level will change after just one week of doing it.

5- Create a bedtime routine
I can’t stress enough about the importance of a good night’s sleep. We’ve all been there, that night where we couldn’t sleep and the dysfunctional next day, right?
One of the best ways to ensure a good night’s sleep is creating a bedtime routine, certain things that you’ll do and don’t do closer to your bedtime that will support your deep rest.
