Working with specific tools to reduce stress and anxiety.

You'll learn about specific essential oils that are supportive and beneficial for releasing tension and stress and how to use them, accompanied by restorative yoga practice and Pranayama (breath work).

You'll get a chance to make your own blend and take it home with you!

What to bring?

  • A note book and pencil if you like to take notes
  • Favorite jumper, shawl or... We have blankets
  • Your beautiful self and an open mind, oh yes and wear super comfy clothing!
