Hair Growth with Essential Oils

As a human being you naturally lose a certain amount of hair on a daily basis, and that’s not only ok but needed to make space for new hair to grow, but sometimes and due to many different factors, you may start losing way more hair than usual.
Have you ever had that heart gripping feeling when you’re taking a shower and at the end you collect a handful of your beautiful healthy hair from the floor? The very first step is to identify why you’re losing so much hair. It can be hormonal, due to lack of certain nutrients or a side effect of certain conditions or medications you may be taking.
In my case, I’m on a Thyroid replacement pill for life and every now and then the system acts up and I start losing hair, like in a major way. One of the ways I support the health and growth of your hair is by using these essential oils.

Clary Sage
Fractionated Coconut Oil
30 ml Glass spray bottle

Add 15 drops of each in a glass spray bottle and top it off with Fractionated Coconut oil. You can spray that on the roots after shower, once or twice a week. It may get a little oily, but if you shower everyday then you’re totally good.
Peppermint promotes hair growth by increasing circulation, Clary Sage supports by minimizing hair loss, Cedarwood stimulates hair follicles, Thyme improves circulation and Rosemary nourishes hair follicles and is soothing for the scalp.
Give it a try and let me know what you think. Have you ever had a major hair loss experience? How did you support your hair growth?

PS: Cedarwood is the product of the month and you have 2 more days to receive it for free!
Not sure how? Do ask 🙂
