Inflamed no more!

On our side of the earth we’re approaching warmer days by the seconds, and it’s usually when your body craves cold food, salads, juices and smoothies. This one is a special one, not only because it tastes delicious but also it’s a super power healing machine. 
Turmeric is famous for its ability to support a healthy inflammatory response in the body, you can trace it back to hundreds of years ago and in different cultures around the world. Now Pineapple is loaded with amazing nutrients and antioxidants. Its enzymes are great for your digestive system and it’s a go to after a surgery or injury, as it helps the recovery process. And well it’s really delicious 🙂

1 cup frozen pineapple
3/ 4 cup coconut water
1 drop Turmeric essential oil or 1inch fresh turmeric
1 ripe banana
A dash cinnamon

Blend them all together and bon appetit!
