More fruits, less fuss?
One of the easiest ways to get some fruit into your beautiful body is by making a smoothie. I know, smoothies get too much hype and sometimes they just sound too complicated or too fancy or… But the truth is, it can be super simple, easy and without the extra fuss.
I personally think the simpler the better, so I choose to make mine with water, sometimes with greens and sometimes only fruits, specially in the morning, the only fruit option is easier on my digestive system, and if I’m having one in the middle of the day I may also add a little extra boost to it, like a super food or some clean plant protein.
This is what I made this morning:
1 cup blueberries
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
The amount of water really depends on the consistency you’d like to have, I like mine on the thicker side.
It’s tasty, nutritious, loaded with antioxidants and the type of sugar your liver loves, has no fat, no extras, super quick to make and under $4!!
