THE INNER BLUEPRINT

  • Most people try to change their lives by pushing harder.
But when the underlying patterns shaping your reactions remain unseen, change rarely lasts.

The Inner Blueprint is a guided 6-week process designed to help you understand how your past experiences shaped your current patterns—and how to begin working with them consciously.

Blending depth psychology, trauma awareness, and somatic integration, this program offers a structured path into the inner systems that quietly guide your life.

What We Explore Together

Over six weeks, you’ll move through five stages:

  • Identify the unconscious patterns and coping strategies shaping your reactions.

  • Understand the parts of you formed through past experiences that still influence your behavior.

  • Recognize the fears that subtly drive your decisions and limit movement.

  • Clarify the values, direction, and principles you want to live by.

  • Integrate insight through somatic awareness, so change becomes something you live—not just understand.

    • This program may resonate with you if:

      • You feel stuck in repeating patterns despite understanding yourself

      • You want to explore trauma and personal history in a deeper, thoughtful way

      • You’re curious about the underlying motivations behind your reactions

      • You’re looking for change that includes both psychological insight and body awareness

  • Many approaches focus on either insight or action.

    This process bridges both.

    We combine:

    • Depth psychology — to understand the structure of your inner world

    • Trauma awareness — to recognize how past experiences still shape present patterns

    • Existential inquiry — to explore meaning, values, and direction

    • Somatic integration — to bring change into the body, not just the mind

So change doesn’t remain conceptual, it becomes integrated and lived.

    • 6 weekly in-person sessions

    • Guided group process and structured exploration

    • Somatic practices and reflective exercises

  • Through this process, you will develop:

    • A deeper understanding of your psychological patterns

    • Awareness of the fears influencing your decisions

    • A clearer sense of your personal values and direction

    • Practical somatic tools to support integration

Most importantly, you’ll begin to build a different relationship with your inner world
one that allows for clarity, choice, and movement.

  • Paid in full: $1850 or 2 payments of $975.

The Heart Reset

If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or running on empty… you’re not alone. The holidays can amplify everything — joy, yes, but also pressure, fatigue, and disconnection.

Instead of rest, many of us find ourselves pushing through on fumes — stretched thin, questioning our worth, or feeling quietly disconnected from ourselves and others.

Over six weeks, in an intimate group of only 12 participants, we’ll gather to pause, breathe, and gently return to ourselves. This isn’t another program of “shoulds.” It’s a sanctuary of care — tailored to meet you where you are, guiding you back to calm, compassion, steady energy, and clarity for what’s next.
