Feel Again is a 4-month somatic series designed to support those navigating nervous system dysregulation, chronic stress, fatigue, trauma, or emotional numbness.Through a blend of education and guided practices, you'll begin to rebuild inner trust and embodied connection.
Each monthly 3-hour session includes:

• Somatic movement and embodied awareness practices
• Tools for regulating stress, supporting trauma recovery, and increasing vitality
• Space for reflection, community, and integration
