    Somatic Trauma Therapy offers a gentle, body-centered approach to healing. Together, we explore how stress and trauma may be stored in your nervous system and tissues, showing up as fatigue, tension, anxiety, or disconnection. Through trauma-sensitive practices—such as breathwork, grounding, movement, and guided awareness—you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, release patterns of holding, and create a felt sense of safety within.

    Sessions are collaborative and paced with care, allowing your body to guide the process. Whether online or in person, each session is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, shift out of survival mode, and experience resilience, clarity, and ease in everyday life.

    Food is more than fuel—it’s information for your body and support for your nervous system. Integrative Nutrition sessions weave nutritional science with mindful, embodied practices, guiding you toward a sustainable, plant-forward way of eating that enhances energy, digestion, mood, and overall wellbeing.

    Rather than rigid rules or quick fixes, we focus on building a relationship with food that feels nourishing, grounded, and aligned with your unique needs. You’ll receive personalized guidance on nutrient density, adaptogens, and seasonal eating, as well as tools for creating meals that regulate and restore.

  • Your ongoing home for practice, learning, and community.

    The Feel Again Studio app brings somatic therapy and integrative nutrition into your daily life through curated lessons, guided practices, and group cohorts. Inside, you’ll find practical tools to regulate your nervous system, build sustainable nourishment habits, and reconnect with your body—anytime, anywhere.

    This is more than a library of lessons—it’s a living space where practice meets community. You can move at your own rhythm with self-paced resources or join live cohorts and group discussions for accountability, inspiration, and connection. The Studio is designed to help you carry the work beyond sessions, integrating balance, resilience, and renewal into your everyday living.
