The Inner Blueprint
THE INNER BLUEPRINT
A 6-Week Process for Understanding Trauma, Patterns, and the Self
April 26th - May 31st
Most people try to change by thinking more, doing more, or pushing harder.
But when the underlying system generating your reactions remains unchanged, the same patterns repeat across relationships, decisions, and identity.
The Inner Blueprint is a structured 6-week group designed to identify and reorganize that system.
This work explores how past experiences shaped the internal patterns that now drive your thoughts, emotions, and behavior, and how to work with those patterns directly, both psychologically and physically.
Through a combination of depth-oriented exploration and somatic integration, participants begin to shift not just what they understand, but how they operate.
What This Work Is
This is not a general processing space or open-ended support group.
It is a progressive process that moves through:
• identifying the origins of your patterns in past experience
• isolating the fears those experiences created
• understanding how those fears shape your current behavior and worldview
• and actively reconstructing a new internal framework grounded in chosen values and direction
Alongside this, we work with how these patterns are held in the body through breath, awareness, and somatic regulation so that change is not only conceptual, but embodied.
Two Levels of Change
This work operates on two levels at the same time:
Psychological We map the internal structure-your patterns, defenses, and the beliefs formed through past experience.
Somatic We work directly with how those patterns live in the body—how they are held, activated, and released.
When both levels are addressed together, change becomes more stable, integrated, and usable in daily life.
Core Framework
At the center of this work is the understanding that many of our current behaviors are organized around unresolved experiences from the past.
We refer to these structures as Chaos Boxes.
Chaos Boxes are internal systems formed around past experiences. Each contains:
• a version of the self (often an inner child)
• a core fear developed at the time
• and protective behaviors that continue to operate beneath awareness
These structures shape how we interpret situations, relate to others, and make decisions, often without realizing it.
Somatic We work directly with how those patterns live in the body—how they are held, activated, and released.
When both levels are addressed together, change becomes more stable, integrated, and usable in daily life.
The Process:
An Embodied Path to Integration
Most therapeutic work stays in the mind, treating patterns as puzzles to be solved. This group operates differently.
We work simultaneously through the Intellectual Layer of insight and the Somatic Layer of the nervous system—moving beyond understanding your history to changing how you live within it.
-
• Intellectual Layer: "Chair Confessionals" provide a structured space to speak the avoided material that thrives in isolation.
• Somatic Layer: We track the physiological response—shifts in breath or tension—to bridge your words to your lived experience.tion text goes here -
• Intellectual Layer: We isolate the emotional drivers of your internal world, identifying where your fears originated and what they taught you about survival.
• Somatic Layer: We treat fear as a physiological state. You will learn to recognize your personal "fear signatures" (urgency, numbness, or shutdown).ion text goes here -
• Intellectual Layer: We map the "Chaos Box"—the internal system built to protect the inner child through specific defenses and behaviors.
• Somatic Layer: We identify your "stress signatures"—the physical ways you brace or disconnect—so you can intercept these patterns in real time. n text goes here
-
• Intellectual Layer: We connect present-day reactions to earlier versions of the self, clarifying how past events influence current perceptions.
• Somatic Layer: We use the body as a site of repair. Through guided practices, you create internal safety and approach what was once overwhelming with more care.tion text goes here -
• Intellectual Layer: We construct an alternative framework, shifting from fear-based reactions to conscious choices guided by your values.
• Somatic Layer: We anchor these choices in the body, learning what cription text goes here
-
• Intellectual Layer: We translate group insights into daily life, focusing on decision-making and relationships outside the room.
• Somatic Layer: We focus on repeatable regulation practices. The goal is the ability to return to yourself—again and again—in real-life situations.
This is not just a process of understanding yourself—it’s a process of learning how to be with yourself differently.
What Makes This Different
Most approaches focus on either understanding patterns or regulating the body.
This work does both. on the same material, at the same time.
One process identifies and maps the internal structure. The other works directly with how that structure is experienced physically.
This integration allows for deeper, more lasting change, because the pattern is addressed at both its psychological root and its somatic expression.
Who is This For
This program is for individuals who:
• notice themselves repeating the same patterns despite understanding why
• are looking to go deeper than surface-level insight
• are open to exploring both their internal world and how it is held in the body
• are ready to engage in a structured, intentional process of change
Outcome
By the end of the six weeks, participants will have:
• a clearer understanding of how their past experiences shaped their current patterns
• direct insight into the fears driving their decisions and reactions
• a framework for operating from consciously chosen values rather than inherited patterns
• tools to continue working with both the psychological and somatic aspects of their experience
The goal is not temporary insight, but a shift in how your internal system functions—so that your decisions, relationships, and sense of self begin to change at the root.
Who We Are
This group is guided by two complementary approaches:
Nousha specializes in somatic healing, breathwork, mindfulness, and working directly with how experiences are held in the body.
Gabriel focuses on depth psychology, trauma, existential exploration, and the identification of internal structures that shape behavior.
Together, this creates a unified process that works with both the mind and the body—allowing for a more complete and integrated transformation.

The Heart Reset
If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or running on empty… you’re not alone. The holidays can amplify everything — joy, yes, but also pressure, fatigue, and disconnection.
Instead of rest, many of us find ourselves pushing through on fumes — stretched thin, questioning our worth, or feeling quietly disconnected from ourselves and others.
Over six weeks, in an intimate group of only 12 participants, we’ll gather to pause, breathe, and gently return to ourselves. This isn’t another program of “shoulds.” It’s a sanctuary of care — tailored to meet you where you are, guiding you back to calm, compassion, steady energy, and clarity for what’s next.
