  • Somatic memory & body-based trauma patterns

  • The difference between stress and trauma

    Gentle ways to approach stored experience
    Practice: Somatic tracking, pendulation, boundary exercises
    Takeaway: Understand your body's survival responses and begin to gently discharge tension and holding
